Kutana and Phoenix join forces to deliver print management and cost savings with Kappris

Posted on 22/02/2012 by TheKnowList in TheKnowList News No Comments

PhoenixKutanaKutana can announce that their innovative print management solution, Kappris, is now available through their latest partner Phoenix. Phoenix is a leading software solutions and IT consultancy for the legal market and will enable Kappris to be utilised by a wider range of law firms.

“Phoenix is the obvious choice as they are doing a great deal of work with firms who are upgrading to Office 2010. This is where Kappris comes in. Every firm will inevitably upgrade to 2010 to take advantage of changes that benefit their working ability. It makes sense to introduce a key piece of software that allows a firm to establish effective print management and reduce costs at the same time”, Rob Simcock – Sales Director Kutana.

With Kutana working closely with Phoenix, law firms can now take advantage of this opportunity to make the right changes to print to help create a print management policy that is both effective for users and cost saving for the firm.

Phoenix’s Managing Director, Roger Pickett comments, “Kutana was the obvious Print Management partner for Phoenix. We believe that the software Kappris will assist Phoenix by offering clients who are upgrading to Office 2010 an effective print management solution. We were impressed with Kutana and feel this partnership will deliver extended benefits to our client base”.

Importantly, this relationship will ensure that firms can control and manage print throughout the firm, while reducing print costs and realising environmental benefits. The key to reducing these print costs is to gain control of the way users print. Kappris does just this through a number of different ways such as rules-based printing, directing print jobs to the most efficient device, and by making simple but incredibly effective changes to the way email print is undertaken.

kutana, Phoenix
