KL Tools is a set of state-of-the-art productivity tools for lawyers.
Access to KL Tools requires registration. Subject to registration, KL Tools is free to use for a period of three months. Afterwards the entire suite of tools is available for a flat annual fee, the amount of which depends on whether the service is used on a hosted or deployed basis.

KL Diligence is a web-based tool that allows junior lawyers to enter summaries of a variety of contracts and other legal documents and combines that data into a professionally looking due diligence report.The system can generate two types of reports: (1) red flag reports and (2) full reports.
KL Diligence is included in the KL Tools flat fee.
KL Docs
KL Docs is a web-based document automation tool that can be used to automatically generate first drafts of a variety of contracts and other legal documents in Microsoft Word or PDF format.
The system comes with a manual that explains how to set up and maintain document templates. If you prefer a KL expert to create the templates or to configure the templates so as to match your firm’s style guidelines, additional charges apply.

KL Drafting
KL Drafting is a Microsoft Word plugin that allows the lawyers in your firm to quickly build documents using a shared clause library.
KL Drafting is included in the KL Tools flat fee.
KL Expert Systems (extra charges)
KL Expertsys is a service for the creation of interactive web-based expert systems for a particular subject-matter based on your firm’s style requirements and content. The system collects information from potential clients and automatically generates high-level issues lists.
The creation of a KL Expert System tailored to your firm is subject to a one-time fee and an optional annual maintenance.
KL Legal Assistant (extra charges)
KL Legal Assistant is a unified natural language front-end for your firm’s knowledge management systems. Accessible via a simple one-line text input field (similar to the Google search interface) that accepts natural language, KL Legal Assistant does away with complex and often confusing user interfaces that vary across back-end systems.
The deployment of a KL Legal Assistant within your firm is subject to a fee we would agree with you based on the complexity of the project.
