Andy Salmon CMG OBE
Without the right culture it’s difficult to execute strategy. So if you don’t have one, then you need a plan to build one. Andy will share with you his experience of being part of a high performance culture based on the Royal Marines Commandos. “What a great event, thanks very much for the way you structure these things. I’ve made commitments to meet some of the suppliers back at my office and I think it’s great with the soft-sell approach but also the whole environment leads to a discussion rather than the usual ‘what’s your budget, where’s the PO”.
